ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES
Responsible for providing sales and marketing support to our dealer network. Conduct product training and maximizing brand exposure and developing opportunities with our dealers.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in channel / dealer sales in a related industry
Minimum diploma in business administration, marketing or other related fields
Good command of English, Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia
Possesses own transport
Operation Executive
Responsible for the effective planning and coordination of the Installation teams and Service teams. Provide real-time scheduling information to internal and external parties.
Requirements
Organized yet flexible; experience in scheduling or planning is an advantage
Able to communicate well with people at all levels
Good command of English, Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia
Matured and work well under pressure
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES
Responsible for liaising with home owners and contractors and carrying out site inspections and installations. To manage service inquiries and resolve complaints.
Requirements
Minimum SPM
Pleasant disposition and able to communicate well with people at all levels
Good command of English, Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience in site supervision / inspection or product installation quality control is an advantage
Experience in customer service is an advantage
Moderate to heavy traveling is required for this position
